"We have been using Knowby for four years now. At the time, we were struggling with how we were going to best deliver our fitting instructions. We sent quite a bit of our product out across the country to fitting agents and customers who needed to fit their own product.
We struggled for a long time with YouTube videos, word documents and custom Microsoft Access based software. We pretty much tried everything and it was always lacking.

“In terms of safety, Knowby has allowed us to train, but, more importantly, document who has been trained and how they've been trained.
If we were to have an incident, we have something to refer to to see who was trained, when they're trained and what version they were trained with. The training is trackable so it is truly compliant.
We haven't had safety incidents, but I feel a more comfortable knowing that we have Knowby in place.
What also surprised me was the translation capability. We have a diverse team and I was able to translate the instructions immediately and accurately, giving me peace of mind that every team member is getting the same level of training"
